Is Your Check Engine Light On?

 

When I wake up in the morning, and then a few times throughout the day, I do a body scan?⁣

I try to sense motions, emotions, or anything that may not feel quite right.⁣

I do not know if you are anything like me. But I have been down the rabbit hole of trying to be all and do all for all people. Then my nervous system said “Enough,” and it showed up as autoimmune disease and chronic fatigue syndrome. ⁣Through my nutrition and coaching training and working with a few physicians, I now know ways to pull back the stress response.

 
 

Some of the questions I ask are:

“Is my brain connecting the dots?”

“How is my digestion?”

“Are my lips dry?”

“What is my emotional state?”

“How did I sleep last night?”

Do you check in on your body? 

Do you sense digestion issues? 

Do you feel like you hit a wall with your weight?

Are you quicker than usual to anger?

Do you lack the motivation to exercise? 

Do you feel more stressed than usual?

Are you too anxious to eat?

Are you experiencing a consistent 3 AM Wake Up? 

The above are things that the latest diet simply put - WILL NOT SOLVE.

It is why a prescription for “Do this Do Not Do That” is not a solution. When I work with women, we have to look at the big picture, a 360° view, to find the “glitches” in your systems. Then we can ,based on your needs ,address the proper path to keep your body and mind running optimally.
