Do you believe how you age is a choice? 

I do.

I want to live all my days on earth with a healthy body, mind, and soul, cultivating more fabulous friendships and experiencing more joy.

My 60th birthday is fast approaching, and I can think of no better way to commemorate 60 years than to have you join me for a special kind of celebration. 

What is the celebration?

For 60 days before my 60th birthday, we will commit to engaging in a few daily actions to improve our health, happiness, and wellbeing.

Will you join me in my 60 to 60 challenge?

Here’s what to expect:

  • A daily commitment to a variety of achievable activities such as walking, stretching, and journaling. 

  • Adding in simple basics like drinking water, eliminating added sugars, and making time to smile and laugh. 

  • These foundations come together to live healthier, happier, longer.



To Keep Us Accountable:

  • Private Facebook group for camaraderie and check-ins

  • Printable worksheets so you can check off your progress

  • Special incentives! (For a lucky few - LMNT electrolytes, HLTH code Meal Replacement, and more fun goodies!)

What 60to60 Entails:

60 days of these daily actions

  • 60 minutes walking

  • 6 minutes stretching

  • 6 minutes smiling

  • 100 ounces of water

  • 12 minutes (minimum) Meditation, Stillness, and or journaling.

  • 60 days No Gluten

Bonus

  • 3 days strength training/week

  • 60 days Zero added sugars
