My 60th birthday is fast approaching, and I can think of no better way to commemorate 60 years than to have you join me for a special kind of celebration.
What is the celebration?
For 60 days before my 60th birthday, we will commit to engaging in a few daily actions to improve our health, happiness, and wellbeing.

Here’s what to expect:
A daily commitment to a variety of achievable activities such as walking, stretching, and journaling.
Adding in simple basics like drinking water, eliminating added sugars, and making time to smile and laugh.
These foundations come together to live healthier, happier, longer.

60 days of these daily actions
60 minutes walking
6 minutes stretching
6 minutes smiling
100 ounces of water
12 minutes (minimum) Meditation, Stillness, and or journaling.
60 days No Gluten
