I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapist working with women needing better metabolic health.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Gastrointestinal Healing Practitioner, RWP, I focus on looking at your body's unique needs and personal goals by analyzing symptoms and signs through specific assessments to determine where there may be imbalances and dysfunction.

I take a holistic, bio-individual, and foundational approach to restoring healthy digestion, balancing blood sugar, enhancing the body's detoxification pathways, discovering potential deficiencies, and normalizing hormones.

Group Course

Join like-minded women as we work through actionable steps to reduce inflammation, support our gut and heal our relationship with food.

1:1 Coaching 12 week

With individual coaching, we develop the best nutritional and lifestyle habits specific to you, helping you successfully reach your health needs and goals.

1:1 Coaching 6 months

This option is best for individuals who know they need support over a more extended period to address chronic health concerns.

Together, we work to restore homeostasis in your body. We do not chase the symptoms. I do not prescribe one method - you are unique and deserve the health and vitality you desire to live a fulfilling, joyful life.
